Parents and Coaches:

URA’s policy is for coaches to review and sign the URA Code of Conduct.  The Code of Conduct outlines the expected and required conduct of all URA Coaches.

To simplify the process and management thereof, the Code of Conduct no longer needs to be signed for each program.  It is now be a document that is completed annually.  All head coaches and assistant coaches, regardless of URA program, are required to execute this document on an annual basis.

To aid in the management of this process, URA has engaged with RightSignature, an eSignature/document management solution provider.  This allows for a completely paperless process and secure, centralized storage of the executed document.

Again, this process will only need to be completed 1 time per year and the agreement will be secured in electronic archives.  Upon completion, coaches will have the ability to download a copy of the completed document.

Please Click Here to request the code of conduct document and follow the instructions for electronic authorization.

The URA Board takes the Code of Conduct very seriously.  Should you feel a coach is acting in violation of the published Code of Conduct, please report the incident to the specific program President, Commissioner or a URA Board Member immediately.
