Rookie B Overview

The Rookie B Baseball division is now in its 3rd year of existence and has been extremely popular since its inception.

This division utilizes a pitching machine that is set at 27 mph.  The focus here is for all players to be successful.  Batters receive 5 pitches from the machine.  Should they not put the all in play after 5 pitches, the player is then given the opportunity to hit from a tee.  This breeds success and keeps the game active for both batter and fielder.

Practices are 1x per week at coaches discretion.  Games are always on Sunday at either 11, 1 or 3PM.  The number of games played is dependent on number of teams.

This division is primarily for 5 and 6 year olds, however at parental discretion 4 year olds will be accepted as well.
